Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and any coaching service you buy from Dion Samuel Coaching System ("DSF", "we", "us"). By using the site or starting coaching, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the service.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Dion Samuel, trading as Dion Samuel Coaching System (also referred to as Team DSF), an online lifestyle and transformation coaching practice based in India. All enquiries, notices and requests under these Terms should be sent by direct message to @dionsamuel_ on Instagram, which is our official contact channel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only be coached with the express consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and remains responsible for your participation. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 13.

You must also be medically fit to exercise. If you have any medical condition, injury, are pregnant or postpartum, or are taking medication, you must obtain clearance from a qualified medical professional before starting, and tell us about anything relevant before your programme is written.

3. What the coaching service is

Depending on the plan you buy, coaching may include some or all of the following:

• A personalised training programme built around your available equipment, schedule and experience
• A flexible nutrition plan with calorie and macronutrient targets
• Weekly check-ins reviewing your data, photos and progress, with adjustments to the plan
• Progress tracking (weight, measurements, lifts, photos)
• Habit and mindset coaching
• Direct messaging access to Dion for accountability and questions, during reasonable hours

The exact inclusions, duration and price of your plan are whatever is agreed with you in writing before you pay. That agreement, together with these Terms, forms the whole contract between us.

4. What the coaching service is not

We do not prescribe, recommend or supply medicines, injectables, performance-enhancing drugs or any controlled substance, and we will not coach around their use.

5. Your responsibilities

• Be honest. Give accurate information about your health, injuries, medication, training history, food intake and body stats. Your programme is only as good as the information it is built on.
• Get clearance. Obtain medical clearance where relevant, and tell us immediately if your health status changes.
• Stop when it hurts. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or distress, and seek medical attention where warranted.
• Do the work. Follow the programme, complete check-ins on time, and communicate when you can't. Results depend on your consistency, which is not something we can control.
• Keep it to yourself. Your programme is written for you. Don't share, resell or redistribute it.

6. Fees, payment and renewals

Fees are quoted to you directly before you commit; there is no payment or commitment at the enquiry stage. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

• Coaching is sold for a fixed period (for example, monthly or a multi-month block) and is payable in advance.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are payable in the currency quoted.
• Coaching does not auto-renew. A new period starts only when you choose to renew and pay again.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We never receive or store your full card details.
• We may change our prices at any time, but a price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Coaching is a personalised service delivered continuously over your paid period. Our cancellation rights, refund conditions and pause policy are set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in your coaching materials — training programmes, nutrition plans, check-in templates, written guidance, text, images, video, the DSF name and logo — is owned by Dion Samuel or licensed to him, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

When you buy coaching, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use your materials for your own training for as long as you remain a client. You may not copy, publish, resell, sublicense, distribute or use them to coach other people, and you may not use our name, logo or client photos without written permission.

9. Acceptable use and conduct

You agree not to misuse this site — no attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its administration areas, no scraping or automated data collection beyond ordinary search-engine crawling, no interfering with its operation, and nothing unlawful.

Coaching is a two-way professional relationship. Abusive, harassing, discriminatory or threatening behaviour toward Dion or anyone in the DSF community ends the relationship immediately, without refund.

10. Results, testimonials and photos

Transformation photos, testimonials and numbers shown on this site are real clients and real results, shared with their permission. They are examples, not promises. Results depend on your starting point, genetics, health, adherence, sleep, stress and life circumstances, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome — no target weight, body-fat percentage, timeline or appearance.

We will never publish your photos, results or messages without your explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by messaging us (see the Privacy Policy).

11. Third-party platforms

Enquiries, coaching communication and payments run through third-party platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp and payment gateways. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. We are not responsible for their availability, security or conduct, and links from this site to other websites are provided for convenience only — we don't endorse or control their content.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is". We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we don't warrant that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded:

• We are not liable for injury, illness, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, or any adverse health outcome arising from your participation in training or nutrition protocols, particularly where you did not obtain medical clearance or did not disclose relevant health information.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, income, data or opportunity.
• Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for coaching in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You participate in physical training at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your coaching immediately if you breach these Terms, behave abusively, provide false health information, or if we believe in good faith that continuing to coach you is unsafe or clinically inappropriate. Where we end coaching for safety reasons and you are not at fault, we will refund the unused portion of your paid period on a pro-rata basis.

You may stop coaching at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will not apply retroactively to a coaching period you have already paid for. Continuing to use the site or the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the coaching service.

Before starting formal proceedings, please message us so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Most things are fixable with a conversation.
